Delivery Timing
An electronic ticket is issued promptly after payment completes. The service itself — admission to the conference — is provided on the day of the event.
Returns and Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only if requested at least 30 days before the event date. For any ticket type, the refund is the amount paid less a 10% handling fee. Refund processing times follow the policy of the payment service. Cancellations and refunds are not accepted once that deadline has passed. Tickets may not be transferred to a third party.
